When you schedule an appointment with us we reserve that time especially for you. Usually we reserve up to 2 hours if you are booking a treatment. We may even call in extra STAFF to assist your family.
With that in mind, we have a very strict 12-hour cancellation policy due to the time involved and urgency of your situation. Any treatment cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged $95.00 cancellation. This time could have gone to another family. Thank You.
You also must speak to one of us on the phone not say you sent a text or an email as that will not be valid. We are often too busy to be checking messages if we are busy treating customers.
Repeat cancellations will require non-refundable payment in advance in order to save an appointment time for you.
